One of the absolute gems of The Lookout is the downstairs bedroom. In keeping with the post-colonial aesthetic of the villa, the downstairs bedroom is adorned with touches of rustic elegance, with vintage suit-cases fashioned into drawers and side tables. This bedroom is defined by its openness, and spacious feel. It is well served as a romantic room, with its intimacy characterized by its beautiful ensuite bathroom leading through french doors to a private courtyard. As the only bedroom on the bottom floor of the villa it is not only special and secluded but also feels even closer to the beach, one needs only to open the huge teak bi-folding doors to step outside for direct access to the pool, garden and beach.
